What are the materials used in your jewelry pieces?All our jewelry pieces are in 18K gold with natural SI/VS diamonds, natural gemstones and pearls.

Where are you based in?We are based in United Arab Emirates, Dubai.

How do I determine my ring size?For ring sizes, you could either download the app "Ring Sizer", if you have a perfectly sized ring at hand, or you can check our size guide here! You can even visit a local jeweler to have your finger measured for a more accurate measurement and avoid having to resize it.

Do you offer a diamond certificate with my order?We offer our own authenticity card with the gold weight, diamond weight and clarity type with every order. However, getting a lab certificate, carried out by the International Diamond Laboratories (IDL), would require an additional charge of 125 aed for a small card-sized certificate, and 200 aed for a booklet certificate, which you can request in the cart menu, before purchasing.

Can I visit a physical store to see the jewelry in person?We currently do not have a physical shop, we are an online store. However, you can follow us on our Instagram @MozariJewelry, for updates on the events we join to visit our booth and view our pieces!

Do you offer a home viewing?Currently, we do not offer home viewing of our jewelry pieces.

Can I edit my order?In the case of placing an incorrect item or color, please contact us with 24hrs to have your order changed. You can contact us on the chat box on our website, or direct message us on our Instagram @Mozarijewelry.

Do you offer customization or personalized options?The majority of our pieces are customizable! You can change the look, enamel color, engraving on most of our jewelry pieces by clicking on the customization options. However, apart from the customization listed, we do not offer any more personalization.

How can I see the status of my order?You can view the status of your order in the "My Account" page, under "My Orders". We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

How long till I receive my order?Given that our pieces are made to order, here are the time frames for when you can expect to receive your order: Domestic: 7-10 days International: 10-15 days *Please note this is just an approximation.

Can I expedite my order?We are just as excited as you are to receive your Mozari piece! However, our pieces are made by order; therefore, expediting orders are not possible. In the case that your order finishes early, however, we will ship it to you ASAP!

What shipping courier do you use?We ship our pieces with Topex Delivery, for orders within the GCC, and DHL for orders placed outside GCC.

What gift options are available?We offer the option to add a personalized gift card to your order. Simply type your preferred message in the Notes box on the cart page before completing your purchase.

Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?Absolutely! To send your order as a gift, simply include the recipient's phone number and address when placing your order. Our delivery courier will contact them directly.
